Crackly, glossy red tortillas with lacy edges of fried cheese, and tender, well-seasoned beef. It photographs beautifully.
The consommé is the weak link: more salted beef broth than chile-rich stew, and lukewarm by the time it lands. Pretty, filling and fine.
